Kevin Falls has worked in the real estate industry in Charlotte, North Carolina, since 2014 when he began purchasing investment properties around “Uptown” Charlotte and surrounding neighborhoods. From day one, Kevin has sought to provide the highest possible standards of service and cultivate meaningful relationships with every transaction.
After graduating from Clemson University in 1998 and obtaining his B.S. in Financial Management and Real Estate, Kevin spent several years working in the financial services industry before making the decision to focus on his passion, which is real estate. Kevin knows what it takes to buy or sell a home. His eye for detail, understanding of the Charlotte real estate market, and knowledge of the design and renovation process helps both buyers and sellers in maximizing their return on investment.
