Kevin Howell Jr. is a seasoned real estate developer and licensed contractor with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. He began his professional journey as a Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Miami, Florida, specializing in auditing and tax services for real estate developers and contractors. His deep understanding of real estate finance and taxation led him to establish his own practice in Tampa, where he focused on helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of real estate tax strategies.
Driven by a passion for property investment and development, Kevin transitioned from accounting to full-time real estate development. His first project—a small office building constructed on underutilized land—yielded significant returns and sparked a successful career in commercial development. Recognizing the value of controlling construction processes, he obtained his contractor license and began managing construction for his own developments, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
Since 2000, Kevin has exclusively constructed his own projects, building a diverse portfolio that includes office buildings, apartments, condominiums, retail centers, mobile home parks, farms, and vacant land. In 2003, he identified a niche in developing small office parks tailored to both investors and owner-occupants.
