Prior to joining the Edge Realty team, Kevin spent four years at Avison Young, specializing in tenant representation for retail and restaurant establishments.

One notable transaction Kevin recently facilitated involved representing a client in a 1031 exchange, where the client acquired a 6,011-square-foot medical office building. The property was sold for $3,350,000, showcasing Kevin’s ability to navigate complex deals and deliver results.
