Kevin is a Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Kevin specializes in student housing investment advisory throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining JLL, Kevin was a member of the real estate equity team at Blue Vista Capital Management, a private real estate investment management firm, where he acquired, operated, and developed student housing in the U.S. and Canada on behalf of a discretionary fund and separate account institutional investors. While at Blue Vista, Kevin also worked for the firm’s “Middle Market Equity” fund series, providing majority equity to capitalize deals of all asset classes across the U.S.
