Mr. Kobe joined the Oak Brook office of CBRE, Inc. in 2018 and is a member of the Capital Markets Investment Properties group, a nationwide affiliation of CBRE professionals who concentrate on servicing middle and private capital investors. His team specializes in suburban office transactions and Mr. Kobe’s responsibilities include market intelligence, due diligence, and underwriting as well as business development. In addition, Kevin is involved in establishing and executing sales strategies to provide the best outcome for his clients.
The Investment Properties team has long been a leader throughout the Chicagoland area as the team has participated in over 159 sales transactions with total sales in excess of $3.9 billion.
