Kevin is driven by a keen desire to understand the world around him and make it better. As a natural maker, he loves pulling things apart to understand them and reassembling them into creative visions to share with others. With a knack for problem-solving and a stellar work ethic, Kevin leads design and construction teams thoughtfully and methodically, always aiming to exceed client expectations. His diverse experience spans the entire scope of real estate, from opportunity identification and site selection to construction and leasing. Kevin's award-winning projects include the creative repositioning of industrial warehouse buildings in Minneapolis and leading the creation of the largest private art park in the city.
Passionate about the sustainability behind restoration of buildings and building communities, Kevin spent a year restoring a foreclosed house in the Kingfield neighborhood and turned it into his residence. In his spare time, Kevin loves to explore nature, including hiking, biking, canoeing, snowboarding, and seeking un-trekked terrain where it is left to be found. You can also find him taking names on the pickle ball court.
