As a lifelong Oakland resident, it is an honor and a privilege to serve the communities that Kevin grew up living, working, and playing in. His knowledge of the different neighborhoods and neighboring cities allows him to find a great property that will meet his client’s wants and needs.
Kevin’s client’s satisfaction is his motivation. He works tirelessly to make sure that his clients find the right property for them. He wants his clients to know they are safe every step of the way during one of the most exciting periods of their lives.
Purchasing a property is a huge investment for many people, so understandably it can be stressful at times. Kevin guides homebuyers through the home buying process to ease any concerns they might have and to achieve their goal of homeownership.
Likewise, selling a property can be just as stressful. Kevin advises sellers on how to get the most attention for their property to sell it for as much money as possible and as fast as possible.
Kevin graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Psychology. He tries to apply what he learned from his education into his career as a Realtor® by being able to better communicate and empathize with his clients.
When Kevin is not working, he likes to spend time with his family and friends, play basketball, and hike the local trails.
