Kevin McCrain serves as Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Retail at Brookfield Properties and Managing Partner in Brookfield's Real Estate Group. In his current role, he leads the U.S. retail business and sits on the board of directors of various Brookfield retail portfolio companies.?Before transitioning to the U.S. retail business, McCrain served as a Managing Partner in Brookfield's Real Estate Group, overseeing retail investments across various real estate fund strategies and managing BPY's portfolios. Prior to that, he served as Global Head of Retail, leading the retail and entertainment business. Since joining the organization in 2010, he has held several roles working out of the New York, London, and Chicago offices. Throughout his career, he has been involved in major acquisitions and dispositions, including Center Parcs, Gazeley, IDI, Student Roost, and IFC Seoul. He has also served on the board of several Brookfield portfolio companies, including Center Parcs, IFC Seoul, Student Roost, and JCPenney.
