McLennan advises publicly traded companies, private equity sponsors, and portfolio company management teams on complex real estate and capital structure decisions. His work spans leveraged buyouts, public-to-private conversions, and post-IPO real estate strategy across healthcare, industrial, life sciences, consumer, logistics, office, retail, specialty manufacturing, and mission-critical sectors.
Alongside business partner Paul Diederich, McLennan has led more than $15 billion in aggregate transactions, including over $12 billion in lease and structured occupancy transactions and more than $3 billion in capital markets activity.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kevin spent seven years at Studley where he was as a Senior Managing Director in their tenant representation group and focused on representing occupiers of real estate. Kevin has consistently been recognized as a market expert in both the downtown and suburban Chicago office markets and has written extensively on office market trends in local and national publications.
