Bio
Mr. Merideth graduated with a Business Management degree from Asbury College (Kentucky) in 2005. He joined Boyd in 2008 and has participated in various facets of the business, including acquisitions, providing support for the sales and leasing activity and development management. His primary role currently is participating in the sales and leasing efforts for the properties in the company's portfolio. Mr. Merideth also assists in qualifying potential acquisition opportunities and handles various aspects of the initial due diligence. Mr. Merideth is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. He and his wife, Joanna, live in Winter Garden, where they are raising their son.
