Since joining Mid America in 2013, Kevin has been directly involved in the sale of over Fifty Million Dollars of commercial real estate, as well as leasing of over half a million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space. A proven expert in the Tulsa market, Kevin was awarded CoStar Power Broker Awards for retail leasing volume in 2015, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022 as well as the 2016 NAIOP Tulsa Retail Sale of the Year and 2017 and 2020 NAIOP Tulsa Retail Lease of the Year awards.
Additionally, Kevin oversees property management functions including day to day client communication, tenant relations, lease review and administration, financial/budgeting review, and the planning and implementation of capital improvements to centers.
Kevin graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Economics and Environmental Policy from the University of Tulsa, is a licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Associate of twenty years, and obtained his CCIM designation in April 2019. His free time is dedicated to his wife and two young daughters.
