Kevin Rocio is a well-known real estate investor, entrepreneur, and mentor with significant experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is the founder of ROC Advisory Group, the #2 top-producing commercial real estate team within @properties Christie's International Real Estate. With a background in finance and economics, Kevin transitioned from investment banking and residential lending to commercial real estate in 2009. He has earned numerous accolades, including awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors for his achievements in commercial real estate. Rocio is also recognized for his mentorship, providing education to new agents and brokers on topics like underwriting multifamily buildings?.
