As an eXp Commercial agent, I work with buyers and owners of commercial real estate properties. Property types with which I have experience are multitenant retail, industrial and medical properties, multifamily apartments and single tenant properties. I am licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.
In 2018, I founded Henry Street Capital, LLC, a capital advisory firm which arranges debt financing for commercial real estate investors. My primary focus is upon single tenant, multi-tenant commercial and multifamily properties nationwide. I arranged over $240 million financing for commercial real estate properties across the United States as a commercial mortgage broker.
My prior experience includes thirty-five years in the commercial banking industry in executive management, senior sales leadership and loan production positions.
