Kevin Shea is a Principal, Portfolio Management at EQT Real Estate (formerly EQT Exeter and Exeter Property Group). In this role, he oversees national leasing and asset management activities within EQT Real Estate’s managed accounts platform, with responsibility for investor partnerships holding more than 200 assets across the United States. His work focuses on portfolio-level asset management, leasing strategy, and oversight of large-scale industrial and logistics real estate holdings.
Prior to the rebranding of the platform as EQT Real Estate, Shea served as Principal and Investment Officer at Exeter Property Group, where he was a member of the firm’s founding team. His earlier responsibilities included sourcing and executing acquisition and development transactions and overseeing asset management across Midwest and Mid-South markets. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Liberty Property Trust and Colliers International, with experience spanning acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management within industrial, flex, and office portfolios.
