Kevin Sims serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing for NewQuest Properties. His areas of expertise are extensive, with a primary focus on project leasing, tenant representation, land brokerage, and project development/redevelopment. He is a frequent recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award and has been recognized at NewQuest with Top Producer and Highest Number of Transactions awards. Throughout his career, he has closed thousands of deals, generating hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactional value for his clients. His experience spans various transaction types, including purchase/sales, build-to-suits, reverse build-to-suits, ground leases, anchor and non-anchor leases, redevelopment, and new development.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Kevin has developed a client-focused approach and a work ethic that consistently delivers results. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Houston Business School and is a licensed agent in the state of Texas.
