Kian Maronde is an Associate Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap's Encino office. Specializing in Pasadena, Northeast LA, and East LA, he provides value to his clients through his dominant market share in conjunction with his unique ability to understand and execute his clients' objectives.
Kian joined Marcus & Millichap in June of 2018 as a Financial Analyst upon his graduation from USC with a degree in Real Estate Finance; he was accepted into the Sales Internship Program (SIP), a program set aside for only 5% of applicants. He was granted the Pace Setter Award in May of 2019, becoming one of the only agents to achieve the award as a SIP. Since then, Kian has gone on to set numerous records, including achieving the second-highest recorded GRM in Boyle Heights in 2019. In 2023, he was awarded "Most Improved Agent" of the firm's flagship Encino office for his work in 2022 that included 6 closings totaling $8,500,000. In 2024 he earned the "Outperformed Market and Peers" Award, and in 2025 he was promoted to Associate Director Investments.
