As head of the Virginia rental division and active licensed real estate agent, Kim Early has 20 years of property management expertise under her belt. Entering as a receptionist in 2004, Kim was promoted to residential property manager within a year and has carried that roll strongly since then, handling customer service and property management as it comes naturally to her. In her downtime, she enjoys time with her family and a home trip to England every now and then.
