I am excited, motivated, and passionate about my career as an Illinois-Licensed Managing Broker-REALTOR®! In my 16+ year career, which began at the start of the market crash in 2009, I can truly say that I have learned this business from the ground up, and I understand the kind of dedication it takes to be successful. Residential Real Estate
When it comes to residential property, I can do it all! As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), I represent Buyers and Sellers in Traditional Resale, Short Sale, Foreclosure, New Construction, Relocation, and Residential Lease transactions. I also hold the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designation and have helped many sellers through what can be a very daunting short sale process, successfully avoiding foreclosure. I am also a Leading Relocation Specialist (LRS) and can not only help buyers & sellers locally, but can also help connect buyers and sellers with competent real estate assistance anywhere in the world! I'm especially thankful any time I can serve our Military Community. Having come from a military family myself, I take pride in helping our Active Military, Veterans, and Military Families with their home buying and selling needs, and understand the time constraints that can often be a factor in achieving those goals.
