Kim Kretowicz is a Senior Vice President at NAI James E. Hanson and a member of the NAI Global Healthcare Advisory Group. She specializes in healthcare real estate, advising health systems, physician specialty groups, family offices, and private investors on medical outpatient investment sales, physician sale-leasebacks, and medical office leasing.
In addition to her healthcare expertise, Kretowicz has deep market knowledge across Monmouth County, where she is actively involved in office investment sales and agency leasing assignments. She leverages both local market insight and national relationships to deliver strategic, tailored solutions for her clients.
Prior to joining NAI James E. Hanson, Kretowicz served as a Senior Managing Director and Designated Fellow within Colliers’ National Healthcare Services Group. In that role, she led healthcare investment sales and advisory assignments across the Tri-State region and was recognized as the platform’s healthcare market expert in New Jersey.
