With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Kim Lantz brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to serving her clients. A CCIM candidate and licensed broker in both North Carolina and New Mexico, Kim specializes in investment sales, industrial properties, land deals, and owner-tenant representation. She’s successfully closed transactions across a wide spectrum—including multi-family, medical, and professional office—and has brokered land parcels up to 1,150 acres. Kim’s career began in business administration, where she held leadership roles in accounting, purchasing, and contracts management for organizations such as the Department of Defense, SED Medical Laboratories, and the Art Institute of California. Her passion for helping business owners grow led her to commercial brokerage, where she excels at building long-term relationships and matching clients with the right properties for success. Originally from Ohio, Kim has lived and worked in New Mexico and California before relocating to the Triangle for its strong real estate
market and quality of life. When she’s not working, you’ll find her behind the lens as a professional photographer and artist, on the golf course, or exploring the area’s best hidden gems with her husband Greg and their dog, Olive.
