Kim Nordquelle joined XAG Properties from Commercial Industrial Properties. Prior to that, she started her career with the Special Agent Group where she transitioned from Residential Real Estate, in 2014. Her focus has been in General Retail Brokerage, including Retail Project Leasing and Retail/Office Tenant Representation throughout the Austin MSA. She is committed to her clients, big and small, giving them 100% consistent effort, making them her first priority. Notable clients she works with include Denny’s in Austin and San Antonio, Sweat 440, Adam & Eve, Teriyaki Madness, and Conversion XL. Kim is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Central Taxes Association of REALTORS (CTAR) and the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR). After growing up in multiple cities and in multiple countries, the time she spent overseas has shaped her love for travel. She settled in Austin in 2006, where she is raising her three daughters. When she is not working, she is traveling, exploring her outdoor activities, including mountain biking, trail running, and swimming.
