Kim Shelford is the Director of Leasing at Craig Realty Group, a Newport Beach-based real estate development and management firm specializing in upscale factory outlet centers. Appointed to this role in October 2014, Shelford oversees leasing strategy, tenant negotiations, and occupancy optimization across Craig Realty Group’s portfolio, which spans nearly five million square feet of retail space in across the United States.
