Kim started with the company in 1994, when she married Mike VanStavern and moved to Farmington, MO to open their first hotel. Since that time, they have built, owned, and operated various brands of hotels in six states. Kim is currently involved in the daily operations of PMI, as well as the design and opening of new properties.
