Kim Camp Madison is a Vice President at Charles Hawkins Co., where she has specialized in the leasing, sales, and acquisition of commercial properties in Nashville’s Central Business District since joining the firm in 2009. She began her commercial real estate career in 2006 and previously served as an affiliate broker with Caden Holdings, focusing on Music Row and The Gulch. Before transitioning into brokerage, she was Vice President of Marketing for Stewart Title Guaranty Company, helping build the commercial division in Middle Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Texas.
