Kimberly A. Finnerty is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield with over 25 year's experience in commercial real estate. Her focus is on the Suburban Philadelphia market, where she has successfully sourced and represented tenants including General Mills, Phoenix Data Systems, and Orbit FR as well as implemented successful, creative marketing programs for Parkview Tower, a 250,000 square foot office building in King of Prussia, PA, and Lower Makefield Corporate Center, a 500,000 rsf office campus in Yardley, PA.
Her responsibilities include tenant representation, landlord representation, development and maintenance of a tenant database in excess in 2,500 contacts and coordination of marketing efforts. Prior to joining the Brokerage Group, Ms. Finnerty spent a combined 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield's Research Service Group and Valuation Advisory Services Group.
