Ms. Flores is a Director in the Miami office of HFF with more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis. As a member of the Retail Group, she is primarily responsible for performing financial and market analysis, preparing offering documents, marketing transactions, and facilitating the due diligence process.
Ms. Flores joined the firm in late 2001. She was previously an associate for SonnenblickGoldman Company, where she was involved in a variety of complex real estate capital transactions involving various property types. Her prior experience included analyzing and evaluating operating results of various real estate properties to assist loan originators in the process of forming commercial mortgaged backed securities at BDO Seidman, LLP,an accounting and consulting firm in New York.
