Kimberly studies the market and uses innovative marketing plans and diverse buying/selling techniques to accomplish her Client's goals. Whether Kimberly is listing or selling a luxury estate, working with a commercial investor or a first time buyer, she is known for her quality of service, knowledge, care, and professionalism. She has built a career on repeat and referral business, and often selling properties for "top dollar" even in a recessive market. Kimberly began her real estate career in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 2002 with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She has aligned herself with professionals that have been appointed to (TREC) Texas Real Estate Commission by the Governor of Texas, that served on the Broker-Lawyer Committee to create the promulgated forms used in real estate transactions, that serve as Presidents/Chairpersons of their local Board of Realtors, those that have a great working relationship with local city officials, and that teach real estate classes at the university level. She firmly believes that aligning yourself with the right people is essential to success.
