Kimberly Wiskup is Corporate Managing Director, U.S. Retail, based in Savills Chicago office. She brings extensive experience and skills in both tenant expansion strategy and national landlord representation, with a focus on complex mixed-use asset redevelopment, positioning, and execution nationwide. Kimberly brings a quantitative and analytical approach to her team's practice by integrating top-tier financial analyses to drive her clients' initiatives. With expertise in developing tailored merchandising strategies, identifying and integrating emerging brands, along with her strong knowledge of architecture and design, Kimberly brings a strategic perspective to every project.
Prior to joining Savills, Kimberly was a Senior Associate for CBRE’s Urban Retail Practice Group where she engaged in consulting on some of the country’s most high-profile retail assets, including the $500 million redevelopment of Willis Tower, 940 North Michigan Avenue, Tribune Tower, 646 North Michigan Avenue, 1221 Avenue of the Americas, Hudson's Site Detroit, and the Thompson Center with Google.
Kimberly’s early career also included working as an analyst in CBRE’s research department, focusing on supporting the Office Brokerage service line in new business pursuits, statistical analysis, and global trend reporting.

Kimberly has been recognized for her professional success in the industry, including receiving CBRE’s RISE-ing Star Award in 2019, as well as GCFD Crain’s Chicago Commercial Real Estate “Retail Broker of the Year in 2019 and 2020. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a member of Women in Retail Leasing (WIRL).
