As managing principal and guarantor, Mr. Dubbs directs the full scope of development and acquisition services for Omni West Group. His experience includes land acquisition, governmental entitlement and compliance, development, property management, marketing and leasing. Mr. Dubbs is also experienced in working with City Redevelopment Agencies having developed a medical office project in the City of Chino Redevelopment Agency master-planned "Paseo del Sol." The project includes several medical office buildings, a community center, a city day care facility and a performing arts building
In addition to overseeing the day to day operations of the company, Mr. Dubbs serves as the managing member for each entity formed to fund a development. In this role he directs all aspects of the development process from architectural design and construction to sales and leasing, ensuring that profitability remains paramount in each venture. Prior to founding Omni West Group, Mr. Dubbs was managing member of NTM Investments, a real estate investment company located in Laguna Hills, California.
Mr. Dubbs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as board member for the Gleaners, an Orange County non-profit organization.
