Kirk Killian represents financial institutions, insurance companies, and Fortune 1000 clients in procuring data centers, call centers, disaster recovery sites, and commercial office space. Since joining Partners National Real Estate Group in 1999, he has completed mission critical projects in 20 states as well as in Canada. Kirk is a frequent presenter at industry conferences on various data center facility and disaster recovery topics. Kirk was formerly a broker with Insignia/ESG, and one of its predecessor companies, Paragon Group, where he represented buyers and sellers in the sale of more than $300 million in commercial properties and completed lease negotiations with major grocery, drug, and home center retailers. He was formerly Acquisition Director for U.S. Restaurant Properties, a publicly traded REIT, and a tax accountant for Ernst & Young. Kirk has been a licensed real estate broker for 16 years, and he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University with concentrations in Real Estate and Accounting.
