Bio
Kirsty advises clients across the development cycle, from disposals of immediate and strategic land to Development Consultancy advice - including viability assessments, market research reports and development feasibility studies. Kirsty also works closely with housing associations on the acquisition of affordable housing on new build schemes and is a Registered Valuer, undertaking valuations of land for residential development, single units and portfolios for secured lending.
