Kit coordinates the marketing of available industrial warehouse and office/service space of the various properties leased and managed by Proterra Properties, Inc. In addition, he represents tenants on their lease space requirements in the Houston market and is responsible for securing new development prospects.
He previously served for five years as President and CEO of Vantage Houston, Inc. In less than three years, Kit worked his way from a Marketing Representative within the company to Executive Vice President. And during his 16-year career at Vantage, he was responsible for closing over $85 million in gross commercial lease transactions.
Kit, a licensed Texas real estate broker, received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
