Kit serves as the Vice President of Development at Sullivan Wickley. She assists with all efforts related to acquiring sites for new single tenant net lease and multitenant development projects, including initial site identification, contract negotiation, preliminary financial feasibility assessment, project management and overall due diligence. She also holds an active Georgia Real Estate License and brokers acquisitions throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Kit has contributed to over 125 development projects in her time at Sullivan Wickley.
Prior to joining the company, Kit played collegiate golf at Florida Southern College while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and received her MBA from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business while working full time. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has held committee chair positions with CREW Atlanta.
