Bio
KJ Keatts brings a strong foundation in communications, marketing, leadership, and teamwork to his role as an Associate Broker with SVN Raleigh. A recent graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Communication and Media Studies, KJ is focused on building a career in commercial real estate through thoughtful client service, market knowledge, and long-term relationship building.
As a former member of the NC State men’s basketball program, KJ was part of the team’s historic 2024 season, which included an ACC Championship and a Final Four appearance. Competing at the collegiate level taught him the importance of preparation, discipline, accountability, and performing as part of a team—qualities that now shape his approach to commercial real estate.
KJ’s professional experience also includes communications and marketing work with BlueLena, where he supported client communications, content marketing, SEO initiatives, training programs, and social media campaigns. This experience strengthened his ability to communicate effectively, understand client needs, and develop compelling content and messaging.
As a Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, KJ is excited to apply his skills and competitive spirit to the commercial real estate industry.
