I have been with Catheys Valley Real Estate, Inc. since November, 2004 and I’m happy to help us become the #1 Sales Team in Mariposa County since 2006. <br /><br />Typically, I work with buyers and sellers of fine homes, ranches and estates in the Sierra Foothills - near Yosemite. It has been my privilege to sell some of the most beautiful ranches and estates with magnificent mountain tops views, serene lake settings and rolling ranch land. <br /><br />Staying abreast of market conditions and trends, I confidently advise my clients on the most current and accurate market information, allowing them to make the most informed decision on price and timing. <br /><br />And, helping buyers from out of the area relocate to the Sierra Foothills is a real joy.
