I have been an affiliate broker for 6 years assisting clients with tenant rep, site selection, buyer's agent, seller's agent as well as, leasing retail and office spaces. Prior to becoming an affiliate broker, I spent 8 years working with a real estate development company. In those years I worked on all aspects of development from site selection, due diligence, tenant selection, sales and acquisitions and business development. Prior to that I owned Ramey Properties, LLC where I bought and sold residential real estate. I also worked with Williams Investment Company a large residential and commercial real estate investment firm.
