Kris Keller CCIM, as of August 2015, combined his company into Keller Williams Chicago-O’Hare and became Regional Director of KW Commercial. He brings a wide range of experience to the brokerage and consulting profession. In 2017 he was named one of Chicago''s Most Influential Commercial Brokers in Crain''s Magazine.
After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in real estate, Mr. Keller began his professional career appraising real estate for an MAI in Chicago. He then went to a major Chicago transportation company with extensive real estate holdings throughout Illinois and the Central United States. Kris was directly responsible for the appraisal and evaluation of all company owned land and buildings in 10 states.
Kris broadened his real estate experience as Assistant Vice President and Corporate Officer for a large real estate syndication company with some $13 billion of properties in its national portfolio, including hotels, office buildings, shopping centers and multi-family residential complexes. As part of the company’s due diligence process, he performed a thorough analysis of each potential acquisition.
In 1990, Mr. Keller founded his own firm, National Realty Network, where his analytical ability and well-rounded background have resulted in a high level of success for himself, his clients and his agents. Kris looks forward to raising the bar of service to his clients under KW Commercial.
