Bio
Kris Murphy specializes in landlord representation. She has experience leasing grocery-anchored developments, value-add centers, power centers, outparcels, and regional malls. She loves assisting landlords and investors with thoughtful merchandising and creating value through tenant partnerships. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.
Prior to joining the TSCG Atlanta office in 2025, Kris worked for Columbia Properties, a developer, as Director of Leasing responsible for all leasing and marketing efforts across the company’s retail portfolio. From 2014-2021, she worked at RCG Ventures. She started as a property management admin and finished her tenure there as a Senior Leasing Representative responsible for leasing 1 million square feet of retail across the southeast and mid-Atlantic.
