Bio
Kris joined Colliers International in 2003 as an agent in the Retail Division specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. Since then, Kris has worked on retail projects ranging from new developments and free standing buildings to malls and strip centres throughout Manitoba.
Specialties: Since 2018 Kris has worked with Winnipeg based Activate Games to coordinate their North American expansion. He is also actively involved in representing many of Winnipeg's premiere retail properties and retail development sites. He has worked with many national retail/restaurant tenants. Kris has completed leases with Canadian retailers and restaurants including: Activate Games, Save On Foods, Safeway, Marks, Krispy Kreme, Lowes, Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall, Good Life Fitness, Planet Fitness, Dollarama, Tim Horton's, Giant Tiger, Part Source, Rona, Marble Slab Creamery, the UPS Store, McDonald's, Starbucks, Burrito Splendido, 7 Eleven, Wendy's and many more.
