As an Associate Vice President at JLL, Kristen is a member of one of the largest teams in commercial real estate, which controls more than 20 million s.f. of space at JLL. Kristen is responsible for landlord and tenant representation services. Before joining JLL, Kristen served as a Director at JRT Realty Group, Inc., where she was responsible for market research, lease review and negotiations, due diligence, site selection, and transaction support. She served actively on the New York Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) portfolio-wide services assignment. She specialized in landlord representation, serving major clients such as Vanbarton, Taconic Investment Partners, and The Hakimian Organization. Kristen earned a bachelor of arts from Rutgers University in New Brunswick and has taken courses at New York University Schack School of Real Estate. She is the former co-chair of Artemis, Cushman & Wakefield’s women’s network, and served as the liaison to the Young Women’s Leadership Network, which mentors young women throughout the five boroughs.
