Kristen Terry started in real estate as a marketing manager for a Los Angeles Real Estate Developer to learn more about the industry. After developing a desire and interest to be active in the field, Kristen earned her Real Estate Salesperson license. She started off as a buyers agent for developers and investors for multi units and SFR. She became an acquisitions specialist and learned the Los Angeles market. After getting her feet wet with some of the real estate industries top developers for multi units, Kristen was asked to start listing the multi million dollar properties she acquired within only a few months as a new agent.
Her skills and background in media, international business, marketing, and promotions were a perfect marriage for Real Estate.
Kristen is a Cum Laude College graduate from Florida International University with a degree in International Business, and certificates in Mandarin and Sports Manual Therapy, which she created multiple active businesses creating multiple revenue streams with her celebrity clientele. Kristen also has a background in entertainment and has been featured on well-known TV shows and film including the CW, Young and the Restless, Latin Billboard Awards, off-Broadway musicals, Kenny Ortega's production Sirens of TI in Las Vegas, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Fashion TV Asia, and toured her original music overseas produced by some of music industry’s biggest Grammy winners (including Bruno Mars, Beenie Man, Trey Songz, Akon) as a headlining performer, executive producer, and creative director.
