Kristin is a highly respected 15-year industry veteran who has represented investors, high profile clients, ambassadors, public figures, and A-List celebrities. She has a reputation for providing high level bespoke service and exceptional communication and attention to her loyal client base.
Prior to launching her broker career in 2004, Kristin personally acquired and managed properties domestically and internationally, allowing her to provide her clients with an investor-side perspective. After her tenure as a top producer at her prior firm, Kristin went on to co-find a boutique real estate brokerage where she was CEO and President. Her company was acquired by a top NYC brokerage, where she was named Director of Sales, and eventually teamed up with Compass as one of their first sales agents to scale The Kristin Thomas Team.
As a female industry leader, Kristin takes great pride in being a trailblazer in raising the bar for the level of service to her clients. She is an active patron to her community, serving on the Board of the Youth and Family Counseling Agency, and is an active entrepreneur - recently being accepted into a 35 global cohort in Project Female Founders sponsored by UBS.
