Kristina Gibson is a Financial Analyst for Stream’s Industrial Development Services team located in Houston. She is responsible for budget management and payment coordination for the Central Texas and Southeast industrial development projects. Kristina works closely with external partners including financial institutions and multiple team consultants to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the payment process. Her strong communication skills and keen attention to detail are critical to this important piece of multiple developments.
Prior to joining the Industrial Development Services, Kristina completed an internship with Stream’s Construction Management team in Austin. In this role, she worked closely with the office leadership to organize and build a predictive cost model for the construction of commercial office interior fit-outs. A key piece to the success of this tool was the organization and analysis of four years of expense data across multiple projects.
