Kristine relocated to Buena Vista from Littleton, Colorado where she says that the mountains were calling her name. The fresh air and the expansive lands lend quite nicely to her 2nd career in real estate.She spent the last 20 years in Project Management which gives her a real understanding of meeting clients needs for any engineering or construction project and now for real estate. As a hobby, Kristine has enjoyed buying and selling real estate for her own personal investment portfolio. She also enjoys remodeling and flipping homes. She has a niche in understanding what a buyer is looking for and how to show them the potential of a property, whether it be for primary residence, a second home or as an investment property.
