Kris Plencner has over 20 years unprecedented experience in sales, management, board room and boots on the ground in real estate and development. Inclusive of Single Family, Multi-Family, Land, Hospitality and Commercial.
Kris has worked in conjunction with industry leaders and implemented successful new home communities, work-out specialist and re-marketed existing communities with the implementation of entirely new product and marketing.
He coordinates raw land to entitlement and improvements, as well as directing the sales and marketing of the home sites and completed homes.
