Kristy Heuberger is responsible for advancing Fogelman’s strategic vision for growth, innovation, and operational excellence in multifamily investment management. She leads all aspects of the company’s Investment Management platform, including transactions, asset and portfolio management, capital formation, and investor relations. Kristy serves on Fogelman’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Fogelman, Kristy served as Co-Head of the Americas and Head of Asset Management at LaSalle Investment Management, where she oversaw $30 billion in real estate assets across multiple property types and led a team of more than 250 investment management professionals. Earlier in her career, she held a series of senior leadership roles at GE Real Estate, where she directed originations, asset management, and marketing across North America.
She holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago. Kristy is a CPA and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and her recent board service includes JLL Income Property Trust, ULI’s Industrial & Office Product Council, and the Indiana University Real Estate Advisory Board.
