Kriztofer Cole (born January 27, 1993) is an American real estate investor and businessman. He is the CEO of Cole Investment Properties, Inc. He is known for his commercial real estate investments in Enid, Oklahoma, including the acquisition of The Broadway Tower and The Cole Building.
Kriztofer Cole was born on January 27, 1993, in Orlando, Florida. He attended Harvard Extension School, where he studied business administration and management .At the age of 19, Kriztofer Cole served in the United States Navy for six years as an interior communications electrician aboard the USS Stockdale (DDG-106).
After leaving the Navy, Kriztofer Cole obtained several professional certifications, including a Florida electrical contractor license, a Real estate
license, an HVAC certification, and a Commercial drivers license (CDL), after which he started an electrical contracting company in Florida specializing in
electronic storm shutter installations.
In 2020, Kriztofer Cole filed to run as a Republican candidate for both the Florida State Senate (District 19) and the Florida House of Representatives (District 57). He withdrew from both races before the primary elections and relocated to Enid, Oklahoma to assist a friend that was undergoingheart surgery.
In Enid, Oklahoma, Kriztofer Cole began investing in residential real estate before expanding into commercial properties. Through Cole Investment Properties, Inc., he and business partner William LaVigna have acquired significant residential and commercial real estate in Enid Oklahoma, including The Broadway Tower, which he purchased in 2025. The 15-story building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the tallest building in Enid. Kriztofer Cole announced plans for a $3 million dollar renovation to convert the building to mixed commercial and residential use. He serves as the CEO of Cole Investment Properties, Inc. and Cole Investment Fund.
