Krysti C. Galvin specializes in raising capital on equity and note sales, joint ventures, and sales/leaseback structures for institutional, corporate, and major private clients throughout the United States.
Based in Chicago, and a key member of the Institutional Property Advisors’ National Industrial and Office Team, Ms. Galvin will coordinate the resources of IPA’s national platform for industrial and business park transactions.
Additionally, Ms. Galvin will work with IPA senior leadership on national business development. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Galvin has a highly diverse background in real estate with a focus on industrial, business park and suburban office properties for institutional and corporate clients, as well as regional and national developers.
