Kurt Davis is a Senior Vice President with Colliers’ Greater Los Angeles brokerage, specializing in full-service landlord and tenant representation. He is a key member of an integrated advisory team focused on Downtown Los Angeles and the Westside, working closely with Vice Chair Matthew Heyn and Executive Vice President Ian Gilbert to advise landlords and occupiers on leasing, investment strategy, and long-term positioning.
Before joining Colliers, Kurt served as an in-house Leasing Director at The Irvine Company, where he supported leasing strategy for a diverse portfolio of commercial office properties across California. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of landlord decision-making, asset-level strategy, and the operational priorities that drive long-term value creation.
