As the South Region Leader, Kurt leads a dynamic team overseeing development and investment across a broad territory from Ohio to Florida. Based in Memphis, he manages teams based in Memphis, Cincinnati, Nashville, and Atlanta to drive the acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, and leasing of industrial properties. With a focus on strategic execution, Kurt collaborates with Hillwood’s leadership team to shape and implement business plans that align with market opportunities and Hillwood’s overall strategy.
Prior to joining Hillwood, Kurt spent 19 years at IDI, where he was a Regional Development Officer.
